When you submit a planning request we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you share one, travel dates, party size, interests and any notes about the trip.

We also record how you arrived at the site — the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link you followed — so we understand which of our own channels travelers find useful.

If you become a Reserve client, your traveler profile holds the planning preferences you choose to share with your concierge.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare for your consultation, plan and coordinate your trip, and stay in touch about that trip.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share details with hotels, wineries, restaurants and transportation partners only as needed to make the reservations you have asked us to make.

Post-trip feedback you send us privately stays private. A testimonial appears publicly only when you have given permission and Reserve has approved it.

A review you choose to leave on Google is published by Google under Google's own terms, not ours.

We keep planning records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records.
