Reserve

Your Napa, completely considered.

From where you stay and what you taste to where you dine, how you move through the valley and what happens between reservations, Reserve brings the pieces of your trip together around you.

Napa Valley vineyards in late afternoon light

One trip. One point of contact.

A memorable Napa trip is rarely about making one great reservation. It is about how the entire experience fits together.

Reserve plans across your stay — accommodations, wineries, dining, transportation, wellness, experiences and celebrations — so you receive one considered itinerary instead of coordinating several providers yourself. Every trip is designed around the traveler.

What we arrange

Luxury accommodations

Where you stay

The right property, not the best-known one.

The hotel sets the rhythm of a Napa trip: how far you drive each morning, where dinner makes sense, whether the afternoon has somewhere to return to. We identify the property that suits the way you actually want to travel, then coordinate the room category, arrival and the details around it. Because we place the reservation as an advisor rather than as an anonymous booking, your arrival, room category and occasion reach the property in advance — and where a luxury travel program applies to your property, rate and dates, the same reservation may also carry preferred amenities. We confirm what applies to your stay before anything is booked.

What we arrange

  • Luxury resorts
  • Boutique hotels
  • Suites and villas
  • Private accommodations where appropriate
  • Romantic and celebration stays
  • Group accommodations
  • Preferred amenities where a program applies

What we consider

  • Location and drive time
  • Style and service
  • Privacy
  • Spa and dining on property
  • Room category
  • How the hotel fits the itinerary

What you taste

Napa is not a list of names to get through.

The difference between a good wine day and a memorable one is rarely the number of appointments. It is what you taste, who you taste it with, how far apart the visits sit, where lunch lands and what follows. We plan the day as a sequence rather than a set of bookings.

What we arrange

  • Private and seated tastings
  • Estate and vineyard experiences
  • Collector-focused and Cabernet-focused itineraries
  • Winemaker experiences where available
  • Library wine experiences where available
  • Food and wine experiences
  • Appointment-only wineries
  • Small-production producers and iconic estates

What we consider

  • What you drink and what you collect
  • What you want to learn
  • The kind of experience you prefer
  • Pace and geography
  • Lunch and transportation
  • What should come next

Fine dining

Where you dine

Dinner is part of the itinerary, not an afterthought.

Napa's restaurants are among the reasons to come, and they are also the hinge of a well-planned day. We place dining where it works — near where you are staying, at the right distance from the last tasting, at the pace and the register the occasion calls for.

What we arrange

  • Fine dining and chef-driven restaurants
  • Michelin-recognized rooms, where current
  • Napa classics
  • Lunch between winery visits
  • Private dining rooms
  • Casual but exceptional dining
  • Special-occasion dinners
  • In-residence and private chef dining

What we consider

  • Hotel location
  • The winery schedule and drive time
  • The occasion
  • Food preferences
  • Atmosphere
  • Pace

Private chefs & culinary experiences

In residence

The best table in Napa is sometimes the one you're staying at.

For a villa, a celebration or a group that would rather not go out, a private chef turns the property into the evening. We arrange the chef, shape the menu around the wine you have and coordinate the timing with the rest of the day.

What we arrange

  • Private chef dinners
  • Villa and residence dining
  • Cooking experiences and workshops where available
  • Food and wine pairing dinners
  • Market-driven experiences
  • Private lunches and celebration dinners

Celebrations

The occasion

Tell us what you're celebrating.

When there is a reason for the trip, the reason should shape it — which night is the important one, where the proposal happens, how the table is set, what the rest of the group is doing while it does. We plan the whole trip around the occasion rather than adding a cake to the end of it.

What we arrange

  • Anniversaries and birthdays
  • Engagements and proposals
  • Honeymoons
  • Wedding weekends
  • Milestone and family celebrations
  • Friends' trips and private groups

What we consider

  • Flowers, through approved providers
  • Photography
  • Private dinners and private spaces
  • Celebration cakes and welcome amenities
  • Transportation
  • Special experiences

Complete itinerary design & coordination

The itinerary itself

The difference is how it all fits together.

Securing a reservation is the simple part. The value is in the order the days take: which appointment belongs in the morning, how far apart two estates should sit, where lunch lands, when the trip needs an hour with nothing in it, and how each transition is handled on the day.

What we arrange

  • Sequence and geography
  • Timing and pace
  • Transportation and transitions
  • Meals and downtime
  • Experiences
  • Confirmations and day-of changes
Spa & wellness

Spa & wellness

Spa, mineral waters, movement and deliberate downtime built into the trip.

More

Wellness is not a category we add at the end. Placed properly — a morning treatment before an afternoon of Cabernet, an unhurried day between two full ones — it changes how the whole trip feels.

  • Luxury spa experiences
  • Massage, facials and body treatments
  • Mineral experiences and hot springs
  • Yoga, meditation and fitness
  • Recovery and rest days
  • Private wellness experiences

Private transportation

Private transportation

Drivers, transfers and airport coordination arranged through vetted providers.

More

Transportation is arranged and coordinated on your behalf through providers we work with; Reserve does not operate vehicles. What we manage is the part that usually goes wrong — timing, sequencing, the gap between a late tasting and a dinner reservation across the valley.

  • Private drivers for the day
  • Luxury SUVs and sedans
  • Group transportation
  • Airport transfers, including SFO, OAK, STS and APC
  • Private aviation and FBO coordination where applicable
  • Hotel, winery and event transfers
Hot air ballooning

Hot air ballooning

Sunrise flights coordinated around the rest of the day, not against it.

More

A balloon flight is an early morning. We plan it so the day around it still works — where you stay the night before, when breakfast happens, and what is reasonable to schedule afterwards.

  • Sunrise flights
  • Private flights where available
  • Transfers and timing
  • Post-flight breakfast

Cycling & active Napa

Cycling & active Napa

Cycling, hiking and time outdoors for travelers who don't want three appointments a day.

More

Not everyone wants a full tasting schedule. Riding the Silverado Trail in the morning or walking a ridge above the valley floor changes the shape of the day — and makes the wine that follows better.

  • Cycling and private cycling guides
  • Hiking and walking
  • Fitness and training
  • Outdoor experiences

Art & culture

Art & culture

Galleries, private collections, architecture, gardens and design.

More

Several of the valley's estates are as serious about art and architecture as they are about Cabernet. For travelers who care about that, it becomes a thread through the trip rather than a detour.

  • Galleries and art collections
  • Architecture and design
  • Gardens and grounds
  • Museums, where relevant
  • Private art experiences where available

Experiences beyond the tasting room

Experiences beyond the tasting room

Guides, photography, seasonal and harvest experiences, and time that isn't scheduled.

More

We build experiences around what a traveler actually cares about, so the trip feels like Napa rather than a sequence of tastings — and so there is room in the day for the parts you can't book.

  • Private guides
  • Photography
  • Shopping
  • Picnics and outdoor dining
  • Seasonal and harvest experiences
  • Other verified Napa activities

Groups & private travel

Groups & private travel

Friends, families and private groups, without the group-trip feeling.

More

Groups fail on logistics: too many cars, tastings that can't take the party size, one dinner that has to work for everyone. We plan for the size of the group from the start rather than scaling a two-person itinerary up.

  • Friends' trips
  • Family trips
  • Private celebrations and wedding weekends
  • Executive retreats and client entertainment

One concierge. The entire trip.

You speak with one person at Reserve. We hold the hotel, the wineries, the restaurants, the driver, the spa and the experiences — including the changes on the day — so you are not managing six relationships from a table in a tasting room.

Two ways to plan Napa.

Without Reserve

  • Research dozens of wineries
  • Compare hotels
  • Coordinate restaurants
  • Calculate drive times
  • Find a driver
  • Handle the changes
  • Track every confirmation

With Reserve

  • Tell us how you want Napa to feel
  • We put the pieces together

How trips take shape

The Reserve Advantage

Plan less. Experience more.

Reserve can coordinate your stay, wineries, dining, transportation and experiences around you — with preferred hotel benefits available at eligible participating properties.

More than a reservation.

At eligible participating properties, the same stay can carry preferred benefits when it is arranged through Reserve.

More Wine Country. Less time getting there.

Geography, drive times, appointment lengths and pace decide how a day actually feels.

One trip. One point of contact.

Stay, wine, dining, transportation, wellness, experiences and celebrations, coordinated as one trip.

With you through Wine Country.

Before you arrive, the details come together. During the stay, your concierge is still your point of contact.

Tell us how you want Napa to feel.

You do not need to arrive with a list of reservations. Tell us who is travelling, when you're coming, what you love and what matters about the trip. We'll take it from there.

How we plan.

Every Reserve trip is arranged personally. Where you begin depends on how much of the journey you would like us to design.
